Returns/ Exchanges:
You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a faulty item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (tested only) and in the same condition
that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase issued at the time of your purchase
online. We will verify the date of delivery on our own records once a return has been lodged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your
returned item.
We will replace a delivered product with another one in exchange however the client will be
responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. G & T’s will cover the shipping cost to
send the replacement item back to you.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is liable for all delivery costs to re-deliver the order to the corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of the order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Refunds:
If your return is approved and we are out of stock of your item, we will initiate a refund to your
provided banking account details via an eft.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers
policies.
Returns Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
